The Big Mitten Kit makes 4 different colored mittens (blue, green, red and white) and includes a variety of different decorative felt shapes such as hearts and snowflakes. Mix and match the pieces to make your own combinations.
This simple kit contains all of the materials you will need to make four hand-sewn ornaments. Kits include pre-cut wool blend felt pieces. This beginner level kit is ideal for kids, as a family activity, or for anyone who is new to sewing or perhaps a little rusty.

- Pearl cotton embroidery thread

All you will need is a needle and scissors to cut the thread. All of our DIY kits use pearl cotton embroidery threads sized from 5/2 to 10/2. We recommend using embroidery needles sized 1 to 5. We have needles available separately if you need them.
